I realize I'm not the most faithful blogger in the blog-o-sphere. I am a procrastinator of the first order, and usually don't get around to blogging about things while they are on my mind...
This week however, my blog will be silent on purpose.
I'm leaving here in a few minutes for the Abbey of Gethsemani in Trappist, KY for a Silent Retreat which begins today and will end on Friday afternoon.
More information about the Abbey and the tradition of silent retreats can be found on the Abbey's website at www.monks.org.
In order to really immerse myself into the silence, I will also be abstaining from my PCS phone, email, blog, and twitter all of this week as well.
Hopefully I will have quite a bit to post when I return...

I hope you do have quite a bit to write about when you get back. I would love to read all about your experiences. I toured the web site and fell in love with the idea of a silent retreat. A silent anything sounds good to me though!! :)
but what about your Sony eReader?
